Smart Cards & Customized Products: Due to the specialized and non-standardized nature of smart cards and custom items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once goods have been shipped.

Card Readers & Hardware: All card readers provided are 100% brand-new, original manufacturer products. While these items are non-refundable after shipment, they are covered by a 3-month to 1-year manufacturer warranty depending on the specific model.
