In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days following payment confirmation. Please check inventory with us prior to placing your order.
For individual buyers, international shipping is now handled exclusively via EMS (Taiwan Post Express); Registered Airmail is no longer available. Please note that EMS service is currently restricted to 106 countries and is not available for all regions (as of Sep 2026).
Customs & Import Duties
We do not collect local sales tax at checkout, but international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and handling fees levied by your destination country:

EU Buyers: Effective July 2026, the EU has removed the €150 duty-free exemption. Because we do not hold an IOSS VAT registration number, recipients must pay applicable import taxes directly upon arrival to receive the shipment.

US Buyers: For orders under USD $2,500, taxes and related fees must be prepaid by the shipper. We will include these estimated costs in your quote. Please note that the order total shown on the online store does not represent your final payable amount.
Note: Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If a shipment is rejected or returned due to unpaid taxes, any associated shipping and handling costs will be charged to the customer, and payments for goods held by customs for non-payment will not be refunded.
